MIT licensing for the package and attribution for the bundled ThumbHash port and other third-party code.

The package is released under the MIT license.

The bundled C# ThumbHash port is credited to Glitched Polygons GmbH, with Evan Wallace credited separately for the original algorithm and project. THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md records the full upstream MIT notice, the reviewed pull request, and the pinned source commit.

The package also uses blurhash.net, ImageSharp, and the official JavaScript implementations of BlurHash and ThumbHash. Each stays under its own upstream license.
